
Munier is an international organisational leader, strategic change practitioner, and leadership development professional with more than three decades of experience leading organisations, programmes, and multicultural teams across humanitarian, development, and fragile and conflict-affected environments.
His career includes assignments across Sudan, the United Kingdom, Mali, Niger, Ethiopia, Pakistan, Yemen, the Central African Republic, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Albania, and the Great Lakes region.
Munier has held senior leadership and management roles with the ILO, UNDP, Islamic Relief Worldwide, HelpAge International, Norwegian Refugee Council, Plan International, and UNOPS.
As Founder and Managing Director of KLC™, Munier developed Adaptive Results Leadership (ARL™) as KLC’s framework for navigating complexity, strengthening adaptive capacity, and sustaining results — together with COMPASS™ as its practical implementation model.
